Omar El-Maghawry is currently the Chief Executive Officer of FEP Capital a licensed and regulated Private Equity, Asset Management and Investment Banking firm based in Cairo, Egypt.

The company was originally established and founded in 1995 under the name White House Securities. Ever since its inception and until 2007, FEP Capital focused its operations on establishing corporates and promoting securities, a need which was derived from the thriving Egyptian Stock Market back then. This aided the company in realizing satisfactory returns on capital.

With the downturn in 2008 and in order to cope with the changes affecting the market, FEP Capital started utilizing its underwriting and securities licenses. By successfully listing several companies on the Nilex stock exchange during the following four years, the company pioneered as a market leader in this field.

5. Chairman of Senaat Misr (a company specialized in investing in distressed industrial companies Small and Medium Enterprises in Egypt).
6. Vice Chairman in Suez Canal Agriculture and Trading Development Company.
